Bitcoin Percentage Change Calculator

Enter a starting price and an ending price to calculate the percentage move. The calculator measures price change only; it does not indicate whether a move is bullish, bearish or likely to continue.

Formula

(new − old) / |old| × 100. Negative results mean the end price is lower than the start.

Worked examples

  1. 60,000 → 63,000 = +5%
  2. 60,000 → 57,000 = −5%
